• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Advancement to higher tiers depends on regular participation and activity. VIP benefits may include exclusive offers, faster withdrawals, and personal support.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government directives.
• Financial losses from gaming — gaming carries risk and the possibility of financial loss is always present.

In any circumstance, bjc05's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the Member's account.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Account Closure by bjc05

bjc05 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any Member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious activity or suspected fraud.
• Failure to provide requested documents in a timely manner.

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request account closure at any time via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
